This recipe was a true cold weather treat. It filled my house with the smells of roasting food and made a tasty meal. Rather than posting a recipe for this, I'm going to send you over to Rachael Ray's website where the recipe is from. The only changes I made was substituting butternut squash for pumpkin (they didn't have whole ones at our grocery stores), substituting chicken sausage for regular sausage, and using Stella Artois instead of stout beer in the gravy.
