Potato, Leek, and Feta Tart

I found this wonderful recipe at Real Simple. Flyboy and I loved it. There was a very rustic and natural feel to this recipe. For lack of a better term, it felt homey.

I followed the recipe as listed at Real Simple except I forgot the zucchini and used carrots instead. I also used whole wheat pizza dough instead of pastry dough.

I would definitely recommend this recipe for the wonderful fall days coming up!
